Conducts offshore recruitment for a Software company across the USA from entry-level to managerial roles.
Generate leads and schedule applicants for on-site or phone interviews and orientation.
Generate reports for proper monitoring of applicants’ status and volume of hires needed.
Knowledgeable in different Applicant Tracking Systems such as Indeed, Lever, Workday
Experience in handling multiple clients and coordinating with them in terms of various positions that need to fill in.
